Two engine options will be available including a 405-hp 6.4-liter V-8, and a 6.7-liter Cummins diesel inline-six with 430 horsepower. These engines give you the power to tackle challenging tasks and offer cylinder deactivation technology for enhanced fuel efficiency when you don’t need full engine power.

Thanks to its durable design and advanced engineering, the new and improved 2025 Ram 2500 can tow up to 20,000 pounds when equipped with the right configurations and additional parts. It has also been estimated that it has a maximum payload of about 4,000 pounds, great for transporting tools, camping gear, or trailers.
The 2025 Ram 2500 gets 14 miles per gallon driving through the city and 18 mpg on the highway with the 6.4-liter HEMI® V8 gas engine. The 6.7-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel engine is slightly more efficient with 16 mpg in the city and 21 mpg on the highway.
